Order Status
When viewing your orders through your account, the following information can be used to help you determine what the current status of your order is.
- Awaiting Fulfillment: Your order has been submitted to Hitec Sales staff for processing.
- Completed: Your order has been processed by a Hitec Sales team member and has been submitted to our warehouse to process for shipping.
- Shipped: Your order has been shipped from the Hitec warehouse, accompanying tracking information will be sent to the email provided with your order.
- Refunded: Your order has been refunded by a Hitec Sales staff member, please contact Hitec Sales for further information.
- Cancelled: Your order has been cancelled by a Hitec Sales staff member, please contact Hitec Sales for further information.
- Awaiting Pickup: You have selected to have your order held for Will Call and is awaiting to be picked up at our Poway Office. Please see Will Call for further information.
